The Darkest Secret by Alex Marwood
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
The darkest secret is a gripping psychological crime thriller that draws you in and doesn’t let go until the final page! It is set in the world of wealth and debauchery, where everyone is more concerned with status and image than people and family. Well, perhaps they do care, but only fleetingly and it doesn’t take long before self absorption once more takes over. This novel shines a light on how far people will go to cover up a secret, but as with all dark secrets, it doesn’t stay buried and eventually everyone has to pay the price. Highly recommended for crime fiction lovers – you won’t be disappointed! I received a copy of this novel via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
